GPI Prototype & Manufacturing Services, Inc

GPI Prototype & Manufacturing Services, Inc. provides rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing services in a variety of materials including both plastics and metals. Notable additive manufacturing capabilities include Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), Objet 3D printing, Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). These technologies build directly from CAD data and are ideal for prototypes and low-volume production of metal & plastic components, resulting in significant time and cost savings.

Here at GPI we know you have a choice when it comes to the selection of suppliers and business relationships. We strive to consistently exceed the expectations of our customers, and value the opportunity to demonstrate how our capabilities can give your company a competitive edge. We are fully invested at every level of our company to continually improve our services in order to generate solutions that empower our customers and their businesses.

dmls-direct-metal-laser-sintering

DMLS or Direct Metal Laser Sintering is an additive manufacturing technology that creates high precision 3D metal parts. DMLS offers the ability to create complex geometries not capable with cnc machining. DMLS also can integrate internal conformal cooling channels within injection molding tooling, reducing cycle time & production costs.

objet-3d-printing

3DP or 3D Printing is a rapid prototyping technology that produces high-resolution models. 3D printing is best suited for prototypes requiring multiple materials. In a single build varied materials with different properties and tones can be combined, providing parts with smooth surfaces and fine details.

sla-stereolithography

SLA or Stereolithography builds both small & large parts in a wide range of UV curable resins. Advantages include a wide build volume up to 59"x30"x22" and material properties comparable to ABS, Polycarbonate & Polypropylene. Prototypes created with SLA have excellent accuracy and surface finish and are often used for metal & urethane casting patterns.

fdm-fused-deposition-modeling

FDM or Fused Deposition Modeling is an extrusion based additive manufacturing technology that can produce ABS, PC and ULTEM parts.  FDM is ideal for short run manufacturing with quick turnaround times. Other advantages include a large build volume, producing parts up to 36"x24"x36".

sls-selective-laser-sintering

SLS or Selective Laser Sintering provides accurate models from sintered nylon powder. The plastic laser sintering process creates parts without the need for support structures. Robust physical properties of the materials make this process ideal for aerospace & defense applications.
